Club Guidelines
Overseen by the Board of Directors
The Arrid Club is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for all who walk through our doors. The following guidelines apply to all members, guests, and visitors while on Club property or attending Club-sponsored events. The Board of Directors is in full charge of the Club and is answerable to the General Membership.
Club Guidelines
Effective for all members, guests, and visitors
- ๐ซ No one under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances is allowed in the Club.
- ๐ซ No alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances are allowed in or on the premises.
- ๐ค Respect fellow members.
- ๐ถ Children under 18 are the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian and cannot be left unattended. Minors attending 12-step meetings must be supervised by an adult.
- ๐ No literature, petitions, or solicitations may be circulated or posted without prior Board approval.
- ๐ Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in or on Club property.
- ๐ท To preserve anonymity, no picture-taking is allowed in or on Club property without permission.
- ๐ฌ No smoking is allowed inside the Club.
- ๐ซ No weapons.
- ๐พ Service animals only.
- ๐ฒ No bikes are allowed inside the Club.
- โฟ All handicapped parking requires proper identification.
- ๐ท No sitting or loitering on steps, banisters, or ramps.
- ๐ฐ All Club monies must be placed in the safe or removed from the Club at the end of each meeting or event.
- 7๏ธโฃ Seventh Tradition monies collected during any meeting must not be deposited in the Arrid Club safe.
- โ Cup number one (1) is always reserved for the newcomer.
Key Carriers: The Arrid Club Board of Directors requires all key carriers to have a minimum of six (6) months of clean and/or sober time. The Board reserves the right to revoke key-carrying privileges to anyone at any time.

The Newcomer's Cup
Cup number one is always reserved for the newcomer. It's one of our most cherished traditions โ a simple reminder that those who are new to recovery are our most important guests.
